Methods

Our therapeutic approach integrates modern psychological research with compassionate care. We use a combination of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based techniques. Every session is tailored to help you develop healthier thought patterns and coping mechanisms.

Cognitive Restructuring

Cognitive Restructuring is a core technique in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) that helps individuals identify, challenge, and replace negative or irrational thought patterns. Many people develop automatic negative thoughts that influence emotions and behavior in unhealthy ways.
